RCHF's mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community.
Since opening our doors in 1997, Riverside Community Health Foundation has reached so many incredible milestones. From launching a program at Bryant Elementary School to address oral health in Riverside’s youth to opening our community clinics that continue to provide medical and dental care to the uninsured, underinsured, and underserved populations in the Eastside and Arlanza areas. We have experienced tremendous growth, built amazing partners and opportunities to serve our families, friends, neighbors, and community better.

Cancer Kinship aims to address the emotional and psychosocial impact of cancer, for a growing population. Our programs are an upstream approach in reducing cancer recurrence risks while improving the quality of life for cancer patients and survivors. Our programs provide a safe space and empowering activities that promote healthy behaviors and opportunities for human connections while inspiring hope and alleviating emotional distress often experienced by cancer patients.

Our mission is to empower cancer patients to confidently face the disease through peer mentorship, survivor empowerment and education, socialization, and resource navigation provided by caring and compassionate volunteers and staff. Our long-term vision is a community where anyone affected by cancer – no matter where they stand in their journey – are able to brave the storm together, confidently and fearlessly.

At the American Cancer Society, we’re on a mission to free the world from cancer. Until we do, we’ll be funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about prevention. All so you can live longer — and better. While most people know us for our research, we do so much more. We attack cancer from every angle. We promote healthy lifestyles to help you prevent cancer. We research cancer and its causes to find more answers and better treatments. We fight for lifesaving policy changes. We provide everything from emotional support to the latest cancer information for those who have been touched by cancer. And we do it all 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
