When will the virtual conferences take place?
This year, we will be having an English and Spanish conference. The dates for the English conference are October 21st-24th.

What’s the schedule for the conference?
The virtual conference will follow a 4-day schedule.
October 21st- 3:00pm-5:30pm (includes LIVE Opening Keynote Speaker & 1 LIVE Breakout Session)
October 22nd-3:00pm-5:30pm (includes 2 LIVE Breakout Sessions)
October 23rd-3:00pm-5:30pm (includes 2 LIVE Breakout Sessions)
October 24th-9am-11:30am (includes 1 LIVE Breakout Session and LIVE Closing Keynote Speaker)
What is the cost of the conference?
There is no-cost to attend the virtual conference.
Who is able to attend?
Everyone is welcome to attend the conference.
Survivors, caregivers, support persons, health professional, etc
Do I need to attend all 4 days of the conference?
No, you do not need to attend all 4 days of the conference. You can select which sessions you would like to attend.
When is the registration deadline?
You may register at any time, but it’s recommended to register no later than one week prior to the start of the conference.
What if I need to cancel?
If you are no longer able to attend, rest assure, there are NO CANCELLATION FEES and you DO NOT need to notify us that will not be attending.
What materials do I need to attend the virtual conference?
You will need a device such as a smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet, that will allow you to log-in to the online platform using the following link:
How can I ask questions during the virtual conference?
The conference will have both LIVE and prerecorded sessions. Attendees will be able to interact in real time and ask questions during the LIVE sessions.
Are health professionals able to receive Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s)?
No, this event does not provide CEU's.

Will I receive a link to attend the conference/How do I login the days of the conference?
You will be sent email reminders before each session you registered for. You have the option to click on the links provided in the email reminders or you can login to your Hey Summit account you created using the same email address you used to register.
How do I request accommodations (I.e. ASL interpreting)?
You can request accommodations when you register online. Please submit all requests no later than TWO weeks prior to the start of the conference.
Will there be virtual opportunity drawings?
Yes, there will be an opportunity drawing for all participants who attend the conference AND complete the surveys.
